Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and site experience. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
  • Prepare detailed construction estimates using Xactimate and oversee project scheduling.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity of project requirements.
  • Manage project resources effectively while maintaining time management practices to optimize productivity.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders to address any issues or changes that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and changes for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in construction management or related field with a strong understanding of construction processes specifically in the insurance rebuild field.
  • Proficiency in construction estimating software.
  • Strong skills in project coordination and contract management.
  • Excellent time management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills with attention to detail in all aspects of project management.
