A teacher experienced in teaching students in grades 6-8. The preferred applicant must excel in classroom management and must have a strong background in math and science. The candidate will lead the middle school team and facilitate collaboration with the other middle school teachers. This applicant must have the vision, interpersonal and instructional skills to foster the total development of students. The successful candidate will be able to provide appropriate learning opportunities for students in a standards-based environment and have the ability to effectively evaluate student performance. The teacher plans and implements an instructional program that adheres to Archdiocese of Washington's (ADW) goals, priorities and standards. The preferred candidate must meet the needs of all students and maintain accurate student and attendance records. The candidate will also need to exhibit excellent classroom management strategies that are appropriate in a Christian atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
