Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Shop Helper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist our technicians and operations team with day-to-day tasks, including upholstery work, deliveries, detailing, and maintaining an organized workspace. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist technicians with upholstery projects and basic cart preparation
  • Deliver customer carts, including driving a truck and trailer
  • Detail carts to ensure they are clean and presentable for customers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
  • Support technicians with general tasks and cart handling as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall shop efficiency

Skills

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools
  • Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer (valid driver's license required)
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
