Sales Coordinator – OEM Team
Maxell Corporation of America is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide administrative support to our sales team and customers. Qualified candidates must excel in a fast-paced team environment and possess high level customer service skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
− Monitor customers' accounts and order activities on a daily basis to ensure customer requirements, deliveries and specifications are met.
− Expedite requests for orders as needed. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customers' requirements are met from order through delivery.
− Data entry of purchase orders.
− Provide various reports on a regular basis.
− Maintain accounts receivable for specific accounts.
− Back up team members as necessary.
− Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
− 1- 2 years related experience.
− Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
− Ability to multitask by managing multiple projects simultaneously.
− Strong attention to detail.
− Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
− Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary; Microsoft D365 a plus.
Salary Range: mid-40's to low-60's depending on experience. This position is non-exempt.
