Kronos API Engineer

Type:
4-month contract with right to hire/extend

The Impact

Build and own high-value integrations between UKG Workforce Management (formerly Kronos) and a portfolio of internal/external applications-supporting thousands of facility time managers across a large enterprise.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations to/from
    UKG WFM
  • Prioritize and deliver a steady pipeline of integrations as new business units onboard
  • Identify and close functionality gaps within UKG WFM through integration patterns
  • Collaborate in an Agile team; communicate status, surface risks, and hit deadlines

Must-Have Experience

  • Senior-level API development
    and integration work specifically involving
    UKG/Kronos
  • Demonstrated ability to
    hit the ground running
    with minimal hand-holding
  • Excel proficiency
    for data prep/formatting and imports via data tools

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience inside
    UKG WFM
    (Kronos Workforce Central)
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Dell Boomi
    ,
    Kafka
    , and a willingness to learn new tech quickly
