Blooming Buds ABA Services is a rapidly growing, small ABA company dedicated to delivering high-quality, individualized services in home and school settings. At Blooming Buds we believe in, "Nurturing Growth, One Bud at a Time". We are seeking a skilled BCBA to join our team as an independent contractor. We value your time and expertise in this role, the BCBA will focus on program design, supervision, and client outcomes, with NO administrative responsibilities.
This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule, allowing you to work remotely while providing direct oversight to a small caseload of 3–5 clients, ensuring quality and personalized care. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule, with the support of a professional team committed to ethical, impactful ABA services.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide training and support to staff members in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing data collection to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Participate in intake processes for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of their needs and history.
Experience
- A minimum of one year of experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred (New BCBA's with prior RBT experience welcome).
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavioral health principles.
- Experience in patient care settings, including patient assessment and medical terminology.
- Knowledge of medical records management and documentation standards is essential.
