The Maintenance Operations Manager will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance division, ensuring high standards of service, and leading teams to deliver exceptional results for clients. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities of maintenance, lawn application, and irrigation crews, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery.
  • Lead and manage snow operations during the winter months.
  • Conduct routine quality inspections on client properties to maintain company standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals and foster professional growth.
  • Utilize LMN software for scheduling, job tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance division.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance operations or a related field.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both in the field and in the office.
  • Experience with LMN or similar software is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
