About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, dependable and observant Part-Time Parking & Property Monitor to help manage and oversee parking activity during school hours. The school across the street often creates overflow parking in our lot, leading to limited space for staff and tenants, as well as potential liability issues.

This role is designed to help maintain order, ensure parking compliance, and protect our property and staff safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the parking lot during peak school hours.
  • Politely remind non-authorized vehicles not to park in restricted areas.
  • Report repeat offenders or potential safety concerns to management.
  • Ensure the property remains safe, organized, and accessible to staff and tenants.

Requirements

  • Dependable and punctual; must be present during scheduled hours.
  • Professional and courteous communication style.
  • Ability to work outdoors and remain alert.
  • Huge plus if you have experience as a parking lot attendants or school crossing guard
  • Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor and submit invoices for payment.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday through Friday, approximately 3 hours per day (specific times may vary based on school schedule).
  • Pay: $15 per hour, invoiced  bi-weekly.
