Sales Associate Wanted

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

National Marine Suppliers, a leading provider in the mega yacht industry for over 30 years, is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and fulfill customer order requests promptly and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating client needs.
  • Collaborate with the receiving and shipping teams to meet strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research to offer clients the most comprehensive product selections.
  • Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive trade pricing.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Familiarity with the marine industry is preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Experience in multitasking and managing client relationships.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Occasional flexibility may be required for industry events.
