Location

This is primarily an on-site role in New Orleans, LA, with flexible remote work as needed.

Job Description

• Lead commercial litigation matters involving contracts, real estate disputes, business conflicts, and related commercial issues.
• Develop litigation strategy from initial assessment through trial or resolution.
• Draft and argue motions, attend hearings, conduct depositions, and manage all phases of discovery.
• Counsel clients on risk exposure, resolution strategies, and case valuation.
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with senior partners on high-stakes cases.
• Work closely with clients, experts, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial litigation experience (real estate and contract litigation strongly preferred).
• Licensed in Louisiana or deep experience working with Louisiana law.
• Strong courtroom, motion practice, deposition, and trial-preparation skills.
• Ability to manage complex litigation independently and interact with sophisticated clients.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and analytical skills.
