Licensed Insurance Agent – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Location: In-Office | Davie, FL

This is not a remote position.

Estrella Insurance is looking for driven and bilingual Licensed Insurance Professionals who are passionate about helping clients and closing sales. Whether you're an experienced agent or just entering the insurance industry, we offer training and support to help you grow and succeed. A Florida 4-40 license is required prior to starting, but not to interview.

What We're Looking For:

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida 4-40 Insurance License
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • A positive, professional, and coachable attitude
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and sales leads
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong multitasking skills and comfort using various quoting platforms
  • Goal-driven mindset with a competitive edge

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service during and after the sales process
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Focus on converting leads and closing new business
  • Support clients with policy changes, questions, and claims guidance

Compensation:

Hourly Base: $17.00 – $23.00

Total Estimated Annual Compensation: $42,000 – $62,000+ (with commissions and bonuses)
