Hatchet Hangout is World Class Axe Throwing Venue and lounge with (2) Locations Serving Clearwater and Saint Petersburg, FL. We feature a full craft beer and wine bar with 15 World Axe Throwing League certified lanes. We are open 7 days a week from 11AM to 11PM with a goal to throw axes as you learn, practice, then play games or compete in a group tournament.

No axe throwing experience necessary. But if you are an individual who enjoys recreational sports, team sports, fitness training, outdoor sports, teaching, or coaching.

Summary of Position: Axe Throwing Coach is an individual who is outgoing, positive, enthusiastic and wants to share our passion for axe throwing and social events by facilitating and ensuring that every guest enjoys a safe and unforgettable experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that all procedures, equipment needs, and safety protocols are met consistently.

Teach customers in proper throwing techniques so they learn how to throw to the best of their ability to have a safe and unforgettable experience.

Ensure the facility, lanes, ranges and equipment are always event-ready and the sessions are flowing smoothly.

Be the face of Hatchet Hangout Social and represent our brand and passion for social sports.

Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.

Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.

Proactively seeking out and solving guest conflicts quickly and courteously. Engage in guest recovery process when needed.

Help create a team environment, encourages others at every opportunity.

General Information: We are currently looking for Axe throwing staff. We have part-time and full-time positions available and you must be willing to work holidays, nights and weekends

Our staff will need to deliver a safe and entertaining experience for our guests You will have a multitude of responsibilities as you will be providing the absolute BEST guest experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $17.00 per hour
