King's Ridge Christian School (KRCS), founded in 2001 for the advancement of Christian education is a PK-12 co-educational Christian day school that is accredited by CESA and SAIS. Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator to lead and inspire our K-12 students in developing entrepreneurial skills and mindsets. This role combines teaching, program coordination, and community engagement to foster a thriving entrepreneurial culture within our school. The ideal candidate is passionate about education and innovation, skilled at managing multiple projects, and capable of building meaningful partnerships to enhance student learning. The program will be based on the transformational mindset approach of Romans 12:2.

Essential Functions

Curriculum Implementation:


• Teach Entrepreneurship Courses for students in grades 7-12.


• Coordinate and supervise internship opportunities, both on and off-campus, for student-led ventures.


• Oversee all aspects of student-run ventures, including supply ordering, direct student engagement, progress tracking, and event attendance.


• Organize additional programming, such as summer camps, to deepen students' entrepreneurial skills and experiences.

Program Engagement:


• Lead workshops, events, and activities that promote entrepreneurship and innovation within the school.


• Ensure full engagement of students in the entrepreneurship program, fostering hands-on learning experiences.

Collaboration:


• Work with teachers, administrators, and local business leaders to establish partnerships that offer students real-world entrepreneurial insights.


• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to create enriching opportunities for students to develop and apply their skills.

Resource Management:


• Manage the program's budget and resources effectively, ensuring funds are efficiently allocated to support the growth and success of student-led ventures.

Community Outreach:


• Build strong relationships with local businesses and entrepreneurial organizations, connecting students with networking opportunities, internships, and mentorship.


• Work with potential donors to solicit funds for future program growth.

Training:


• Partner with Seed Tree Group to integrate entrepreneurial mindset training, emphasizing growth mindset, grit, resilience, and opportunity recognition.


• Participate in monthly mastermind groups and ongoing coaching to continuously elevate the program's impact.


• Become a certified Entrepreneurship Program Coordinator (certification through Seed Tree Group – see information below on the entrepreneurial mindset approach)

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university required.


• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects seamlessly.


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, staff, parents, and the wider business community.


• A visionary mindset and a passion for fostering innovation, creativity, and student empowerment.


• Demonstrated ability to inspire, engage, and motivate students in a learning environment.


• Strong leadership capabilities, with a commitment to collaborative work and program growth.


• Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a program setting.


• A commitment to student success and spiritual formation in an excellent, college-prep, Christian education environment, preferred experience at a CESA accredited school.
