Job Summary
This dynamic role offers the opportunity to orchestrate high-profile entertainment events across multiple international markets, serving as the central coordination point for premieres, screenings, and talent engagements. The successful candidate will manage complex, multi-regional initiatives that bring compelling content to audiences across Latin America, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. This position requires exceptional organizational abilities and the capacity to navigate diverse cultural landscapes while maintaining seamless communication with regional stakeholders, agencies, and executive leadership. The role demands strategic thinking combined with meticulous attention to detail, as you will be responsible for planning months in advance while managing the intricate logistics of global entertainment events. You will serve as a key liaison across various business units, ensuring cohesive event execution that aligns with broader organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute premiere events, screenings, and promotional activities for global entertainment titles across assigned regions
  • Plan and manage talent tours, media junkets, and regional promotional events in collaboration with local teams
  • Conduct regular planning meetings and calls with regional stakeholders to address market-specific requirements and local title launches
  • Develop comprehensive event strategies and timelines for upcoming months, anticipating resource needs and potential challenges
  • Order Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) and manage purchase order processes for event-related materials and services
  • Create detailed planning documents and presentations for executive review and approval
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new agency partners while maintaining relationships with existing vendors
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide status updates to senior management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple business divisions including music, gaming, and publishing
  • Assign responsibilities to team members and provide direction to ensure successful event execution
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing event outcomes and key performance metrics

Skills

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Advanced event planning and project management capabilities

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in event planning and execution
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale entertainment or corporate events
  • Previous work with Latin American markets strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of coordinating multi-regional projects or programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
