You'll represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications brands while engaging with local business clients through our B2B campaign.

What You'll Do

  • Connect with local businesses to understand their wireless and communication needs.
  • Present AT&T products, services, and current promotions clearly and confidently.
  • Help clients choose solutions that improve their operations and customer connectivity.
  • Support customers with service orders, account updates, and general questions.
  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen sales, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with your team to reach weekly and quarterly performance goals.
  • Maintain a positive, professional presence while representing AT&T and Dream Innovations.

Who We're Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Upbeat, friendly, and professional attitude.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Reliable transportation to our Memphis office and client locations.
  • Sales or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required—we train
