Our client, a leading technology organization in the software development industry, is seeking a Engineer to join their team. As a Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting innovative microservices projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, proactive problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $70+ an hour
What's the Job?

  • Develop and maintain scalable REST and event-driven microservices using and Typescript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reliable and efficient software solutions.
  • Implement caching strategies and optimize system performance for high-volume data processing.
  • Utilize AWS managed services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

What's Needed?

  • Strong backend experience with Typescript implementing REST APIs.
  • Understanding of DynamoDB or other key-value stores and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
  • Familiarity with monitoring technologies like Splunk, Datadog, or Prometheus.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD automation tools such as Jenkins or GitLab.
