Amazing Opportunity for a Bilingual Senior Investment Associate in Miami

We are seeking a
Senior Associate
to join an investment team in the Miami area. This team manages substantial assets for international clients, primarily across Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex investment products, experience with portfolio rebalancing, and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role offers the chance to work directly with a Senior Investment Manager and leverage support from a dedicated team of Analysts and other Associates, making it a pivotal position for an upward trajectory.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the execution and monitoring of various investment strategies and trade executions.
  • Assist in managing portfolio and cash flow rebalancing activities to ensure optimal asset allocation.
  • Conduct foundational market research and assist in preparing materials for the investment management team.
  • Act as a key liaison, maintaining effective communication and coordination with internal teams, including operations and relationship management.
  • Support the Senior Investment Manager in managing daily tasks related to client investment accounts and overall portfolio health.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investment management, private wealth, or a similar financial role.
  • Fluency in both
    Spanish and English
    is essential for client and internal communication.
  • Proven expertise in sophisticated investment products and core financial concepts.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and provide support within a high-performing team structure.
  • Experience supporting investment functions within a family office or comparable financial institution.
