We're hiring CDL Class A drivers in Gainesville, FL. Whether you're just starting out or bringing years of experience, you'll enjoy consistent miles, steady freight.

Pay & Benefits

  • $1,200 minimum in your first solo week after training
  • Up to $1,600/week on OTR
  • $300 Orientation Bonus + Up to $1,500 transition bonus
  • Extra Driver Performance Pay
  • $650/week during 4–6 weeks of training (for new grads)

Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class A License
  • Age 21+
  • Entry-level and experienced drivers welcome
  • Must meet all DOT compliance requirements
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and professional attitude

Schedule & Equipment

  • Home Time: 34 hours of reset
  • Shifts: Day and night available
  • Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained tractors

Responsibilities

  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
  • Deliver loads on schedule and in excellent condition
  • Complete accurate inspections, logs, and reports
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch for smooth coordination
