Timeshare Resort Manager

JJob Summary:

The Timeshare Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experience, and managing financial records. This role requires a blend of hospitality management and bookkeeping skills to maintain smooth operations and financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
• Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including reservations, accounting/bookkeeping activities, and perform administrative duties for the Board of Directors.
• Financial Management:
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial plans, and operational reports.
• Oversee financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Staff Management:
• Hire and perform on-boarding activities for new employees.
• Marketing and Promotion:
• Coordinate with the marketing department to promote the resort and its services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more guests.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field desired but not a requirement.
• Proven experience in resort management, preferably in a timeshare setting.
• Strong skills in financial management and accounting software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $43, $52,641.82 per year
