Salad Station

Duties

• Prepare a variety of salads and dressings according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Prepare a variety of homemade desserts according to restaurant recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad station, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and communication within the restaurant.

Skills

• Strong food preparation skills with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Culinary experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in quick service or restaurants.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
