Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive community outreach strategies that align with organizational goals, enhancing visibility and engagement.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and potential clients to foster collaborative opportunities.
  • Lead business development initiatives by researching market trends, identifying new opportunities, and creating tailored proposals to secure partnerships.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage contacts, and analyze outreach effectiveness.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand awareness within target communities.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts with partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms while meeting organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic planning, project management, and execution of outreach programs to maximize impact.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or community outreach roles with a track record of successful partnership building.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software platforms like Salesforce or similar tools for managing customer data and outreach activities.
  • Demonstrated ability in sales, negotiation, and strategic planning to drive growth initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Experience in marketing strategies that support community engagement and brand positioning is highly desirable.
