Client is seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products that our customers have come to rely on. The qualified sales candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at building customer relationships, supporting our customers needs and closing new business. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You will be tasked with making in person sales calls to our customer base located in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. It is essential that our sales representative be personal and professional.

Objectives of Sales Representative Role

· Represent our company products and services with a deep and comprehensive understanding of these products.

· Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

· Build relationships through planning and organizing your daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients.

· Develop and implement territory action plan by identifying the key players and drivers in the market.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Maintain working relationship with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of new sales opportunities.

· Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, manage sales cycle to close business on larger commercial projects.

· Possess in-depth product knowledge.

· Prepare professional proposals and communication that aid in the sales process.

· Achieve sales goals by assessing current clients needs and following through on their requests.

· Ability to work and coordinate with inside sales and quotations department.

· Perform market research and regular competitor monitoring.

Skills and Qualifications

· 3 -5 years in either inside sales our outside sales within the glass or glazing industry.

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

· Proficiency with MS Office with ability quickly adapt to different types of software.

· High personal integrity

· Highly self motivated

Prefered Qualifications

· Bachelors degree

· Proven high performer

· Ability to sell while maintaining professionalism

· Strong organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $59, $85,000.00 per year
