**Title: Complicance Specialist III - Labor and Human Rights

Duration: 9 Months Contract

Location: Remote (Occasional onsite meetings in PA if local)**

Work Schedule:
Part-Time | 20 hours per week

Position Summary
The Contractor, Labor and Human Rights will join the Ethics and Compliance Organization (ECO), reporting to the Director of Compliance, to support and advance the Client's Labor and Human Rights program. This role operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment and supports initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic roadmap, regulatory obligations, and best practices. The ideal candidate brings strong regulatory awareness, cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to navigate complex and sensitive economic and social issues while protecting the Client's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ongoing refinements and enhancements to the Client's Labor and Human Rights program in alignment with the established roadmap


• Execute Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIAs) across Client operations, supply chain, and community contexts


• Proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and rights-holders to facilitate HRIA completion


• Conduct supply chain human rights risk assessments to support regulatory disclosures


• Partner with local subsidiaries to meet global and regional regulatory reporting requirements


• Serve as Project Manager for the Human Rights Working Group (HRWG), contributing to deliverables and tracking progress


• Collaborate with IT and HRWG members on the design, testing, and deployment of tools and systems supporting the human rights program, including country risk profiles, HRIAs, and social audits


• Contribute to the development of materials supporting social audits and inspection readiness


• Assist in the development and delivery of training related to the Business Partner Code of Conduct and human rights awareness


• Conduct regulatory surveillance on global human rights and ESG regulations and best practices


• Perform gap analyses and impact assessments related to evolving regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Education

• Associate degree required


• Bachelor's degree preferred

Required Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, enterprise risk management, human rights, compliance, or supplier due diligence


• 5+ years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry


• Demonstrated familiarity with global human rights and ESG regulatory frameworks and standards


• Proven ability to lead collaborative, cross-functional initiatives and work effectively at all organizational levels


• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


• Self-starter with sound business acumen and a track record of driving outcomes
