THE POSITION
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a professional Information Technology Generalist 2 in the Bureau of Enterprise Application Solutions, Business Process Division. In this role you will perform technical work in the development and maintenance of the PLCB's Oracle Cloud ERP applications. DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will provide IT support and maintenance for Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS); Pricing Cloud Service (PCS); Internal and External Order Management Portals Special Order Portal (SO); Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC OM); Internal and External Licensee Online Ordering Portal (LOOP); and AppWorx/ESS/OIC/POM Job Manager. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing detailed functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflow (RICEW) objects. Work also involves monitoring daily scheduled interfaces to and from application systems; developing and executing unit integration and user acceptance testing; and developing test scripts. Effective communication is essential as you will be corresponding with RICEW, technical and testing teams, as well as business owners frequently.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 4 days per week. You will be required to report to the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg one day per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• One year as an Information Technology Generalist 1, Applications Developer 1, or Network Specialist 1; or
• Four years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services; or
• Two years of information technology experience that includes one year of technical information technology experience in applications development or applications maintenance, network operation or network maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other information technology support/administration services, and an associate's degree in any information technology field; or
• A bachelor's degree in any information technology field; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
