The Crown Is Yours

As a Lead Data Science Engineer, Personalization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and technical execution of creating data-driven, predictive, and personalized customer experiences. You will lead initiatives and execute alongside a team of talented data scientists and engineers, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver impactful solutions. You'll work across the full stack of machine learning development, including model training, evaluation, deployment, and serving.



What You'll Do
  • Lead initiatives related to Casino & Sportsbook Personalization and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers to achieve high-impact business goals.

  • Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, leveraging techniques such as supervised learning, reinforcement learning, and generative AI.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business and customer-facing problems and translate these into machine learning problems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into production systems.

  • Drive the data strategy by identifying key data needs, ensuring data quality, and developing data infrastructure.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic decision-making.


What You'll Bring
  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science is preferred.

  • At least 5 years of experience in machine learning and statistical modeling, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with data manipulation and visualization tools.

  • Experience with personalization algorithms and techniques, and a strong understanding of their application in content delivery.

  • Familiarity with user behavior analysis and its integration into content and product strategies.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach individual contributors.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 140,800.00 USD - 176,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
