Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
AV Broadcast and Events Specialist
to support live broadcast operations and corporate communication initiatives. This role is a combination of
AV Technician
and
AV Operator
, requiring hands-on experience with live broadcast production, event coordination, and audio board operations. This is
not a senior-level role
but does require solid experience in live broadcast environments and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Broadcast Support:

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate live broadcast events and special media productions.
  • Develop and coordinate technical and production infrastructure for internal and external broadcast teams.
  • Participate in planning and scheduling broadcast operations, ensuring all technical requirements are met.
  • Manage the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of AV and broadcast equipment during live events.
  • Maintain quality standards for media content exchange and production.

Core Skills and Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in live broadcasting, AV operations, and event production.

  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in AV systems and live broadcast equipment.
  • Experience with audio board operation and event technology setup.
  • Strong understanding of broadcast and event coordination workflows.
  • Professional Skills:
    Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Strong event management and writing skills.
  • Marketing and corporate communications experience required.
  • Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills:
    Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
  • Effective decision-making and critical-thinking skills.
