Job Description
  • Partner and Sell to a dealer network.
  • Interact and grow dealer business through contractors. 
  • Service & support your territory's retail distribution centers giving them the tools and resources to grow their business as a Techo-Bloc Authorized Distributor. 
  • Educate & train contractors on product knowledge and installation best practices.
  • Ensure Techo-Bloc's brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
  • Take pride in maintaining the reputation of the company as an industry leader for consumer experience, contractor education, and customer service. 
  • Outside sales role with some overnight travel required. 
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (selling or installing).
  • Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
  • Positive "Can-Do" energized attitude;
  • Post Secondary Education; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in building action plans, deciphering sales reports, and building customer sales strategies;
  • Experience planning, supporting, and marketing communications, sales, and events;
  • A road warrior role with a home office- requires daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Easy access to the Raleigh, Durham, Greensboro, NC area is a must.
  • Must be able to travel.
  • A valid passport if required to attend Head Office training/meetings in Canada.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
