We're looking for a contractor with hands-on experience in several areas, including:
- home renovation and general repairs
- basic plumbing tasks
- installing or repairing flooring
- carpentry work
- drywall installation and finishing
- ladder-based work
- interior/exterior painting
Additional skills that are a plus:
- servicing coffee or bakery machinery
- HVAC knowledge or repair experience
Scheduling is flexible. Some projects have set deadlines, others are more open, and occasional urgent jobs may arise.
Position: Part-time, 1099 contractor
Pay: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
