Job Description:
- Directly responsible for leading a systemwide team of training and operation directors and managers with oversight of development and delivery of EMR, systems, and process training to AHMG physicians and staff Development of training tools and multiplatform content supports large scale operational, technical and cultural changes using best practices in learning theory, learning technology, change management and communication.
- Directs large and small scale improvement initiatives across the enterprise utilizing Lean & Six Sigma principles, requiring partnership with AdventHealth executives and other leaders to identify strategies that impact performance while creatively leveraging limited resources.
- Provides consultative and facilitation support for development and implementation of large-scale projects that impact 1000+ medical group locations.
- Directs complex engagement projects and improvement initiatives across the enterprise that require medical group involvement and alignment, while also planning, developing, and delivering training to support successful project implementation.
- Leads the strategic design and implementation of team-building initiatives and cross-functional collaboration efforts to strengthen organizational alignment, enhance leadership cohesion, and drive operational excellence across the enterprise.
- Leads the development and execution of enterprise-level strategic plans to standardize clinical and operational workflows across 1,000+ practice locations, ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversees the delivery of training and education for operational leadership teams, driving leadership capability and strategic alignment across the Physician Enterprise.
- Designs and governs enterprise-wide educational initiatives to train team members, providers, and leaders on standardized procedures, ensuring consistency in practice standards and regulatory compliance.
- Establishes and operationalizes accountability frameworks and performance monitoring systems to ensure compliance, optimize outcomes, and sustain high performance across all practice locations.
- Champions a culture of continuous improvement by leading structured feedback loops and executive-level support mechanisms to proactively address performance gaps and drive engagement.
- Evaluates the impact and effectiveness of training programs through data-driven insights, leading cross-functional adjustments to optimize learning outcomes and organizational performance.
