Service Drive Attendant

Audi and Porsche Beaverton are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Drive Attendant. As the first point of contact for our valued service customers, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from arrival to departure. Your ability to anticipate customer needs, maintain a professional demeanor, and work collaboratively with our service team will contribute to the exceptional standard of care our dealership is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome every customer upon arrival, offering prompt assistance and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the service drive.
- Assist with the service check-in process, including confirming appointment details, listening to customer concerns, and relaying key information to the service team.
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area, introducing them by name when possible to create a personalized experience.
- Safely operate and maneuver customer vehicles in and out of the service drive, to and from the parking lot, or into service bays, following dealership safety protocols.
- Perform initial vehicle walkarounds, noting mileage, fuel levels, and any visible damage, and documenting findings for the service record.
- Maintain an immaculate service drive and waiting area, ensuring floors are clean, refreshments are stocked, reading materials are organized, and customer seating is neat and comfortable.
- Coordinate timely vehicle retrieval when service is complete, ensuring customers are reunited with their vehicles quickly and courteously.
- Assist with light janitorial and organizational tasks, such as sweeping the service drive, cleaning windows, and removing trash to maintain an inviting appearance.
- Support vehicle flow management by communicating with lot attendants, porters, and technicians to keep operations running smoothly.
- Offer additional customer assistance when needed, such as helping load personal items into vehicles, providing directions, or answering general dealership questions.
- Uphold the Audi and Porsche brand image through professional appearance, polished communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Basic knowledge of automotive vehicles and their features.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina, as the role may involve walking, and standing
