Our Longmont, CO based client is seeking a Senior Manager, New Products to drive innovation and growth by launching new, custom printed products and related services. You'll
own the full product lifecycle—
from discovery to launch—turning market opportunities into measurable business results.

In this role, you'll be accountable for
market research, product strategy, business cases, and cross-functional execution
, ensuring every initiative ties to clear impact on revenue, costs, and the customer experience. You'll lead with an
agile, test-and-learn mindset
, using data and rapid experimentation to validate assumptions and de-risk decisions.

As the
owner of new product initiatives
, you'll operate with
end-to-end accountability
—setting goals, defining success metrics, and ensuring disciplined execution against timelines and budgets. This is a
high-visibility role
where you'll collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership, influencing company strategy while delivering results that expand our product portfolio and strengthen market leadership.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define and Execute New Product Strategy
  • Lead physical product development lifecycle from inception to growth
  • Lead Market Research & Business Cases
  • Analyze trends and build business cases to guide priorities
  • Drive Cross-Functional Plans
  • Coordinate teams to hit timelines, deliverables, goals, risk mitigation Track
  • Track Performance & Deliver Results
    – Set, track and manage revenue and margin goals and budgets
  • Define Product Classification & Structure
  • Build and manage product taxonomy and SKUs

Job Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years in management consulting, category management or new (physical) product innovation in eCommerce, Manufacturing, or Consumer industries
  • Experience defining strategies for successful new products, SKU management, and product lifecycle management
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, and thrive on ownership and accountability
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to aggregate and distill insights across a wide range of data sources
  • Strategic and commercial, with frameworks to identify and prioritize opportunities
  • Exceptional cross-functional project manager with strong execution drive and MVP instincts
  • Outstanding communicator who can influence across teams and levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable learning new BI and project management tools (Jira, Metabase, etc.)
