Responsibilities

The Intake Manager needs to be both empathetic and assertive. It is their job to make sure intake paralegals have all the support and tools they need explain why a prospective client should hire us to represent them over any other law firm.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a team of 6-10 individuals, which includes daily and weekly huddles, keeping the team on track
  • Motivating the intake team through positive leadership, training, and continuous support
  • Listening to calls and providing feedback and suggestions when a team member fails to covert a lead
  • Manage the signing of possible big cases
  • Work with senior management to solve problems and develop new ideas as the firm grows
  • Work with marketing companies (PPC, TV, Billboards and Website) to hold them accountable and generate new business
  • Manage the firm's Google review process

Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 5–10+ years sales experience
  • Motivation to exceed sales goals not being satisfied by doing the minimum and always striving to be the best.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline-driven environment to achieve departmental and personal goals
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
  • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Compassionate with teamwork skills
