Full Cup is looking for a Great clinician to join our AWESOME team
Who are we Looking for?
We are looking for someone who can idealy work a minimum of 10 hours, though if we find the right candidate these hours could be more flexible. At least half of these hours would be in the office, though depending on your client's needs, could be more office time, the other hours can be telehealth and worked from home.
The ideal clinician we seek would be willing to see children as young as 6 years old, keeping in mind that your caseload would likely also include adults (unless you wish otherwise). HOWEVER, we would be willing to waive this requirement if the person could see clients DURING THE DAYTIME HOURS as this will help us with office space.
We are looking for a TEAM player, with a passion for helping others. A sense of humor is a must We enjoy occasionally getting together with one another, and sharing laughs and ideas as we continue to grow and find ways to best serve the community and our clients.
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide psychotherapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy and group therapy, to clients of all ages.
- assist in identification and possible referrals to other agencies/services as needed by client.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure holistic support as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and coding standards (ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT).
- Engage in staff meetings and collaborations with team members to help us grow, and accomplish shared Company goals.
- Be willing to laugh and authentically engage with members of the team, and your clients.
Basic qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Valid Massachusetts licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW,LICSW, LMHC) We are willing to consider those who are working toward LMHC but not yet licensed.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with children, teens and families in a clinical setting.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote counseling sessions.
- Knowledge of outpatient therapy and levels of care.
