Overview

We are looking for motivated and energetic food runners to support our staff and improve the dining experience for our customers. This is a flex position and will be expected to relay important information between management, kitchen staff and bartenders, as well as customers.

During our busy hours, we expect the employee to perform any tasks necessary to ensure a high-quality customer experience. Not only will the ideal candidate have great communication skills, but also will be ready to work in a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and ability to multitask. Experience isn't required, but a willingness to learn is.

Responsibilities

  • Set up all sauces or garnishes for all dishes
  • Coordinate food orders on trays to guarantee timely and efficient delivery to guests
  • Responsible for set-up and take-down of station
  • Assist guests with any requests and communicate to respective staff for complete guest satisfaction
  • Maintain our high food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain taproom cleanliness
  • Bussing tables of bar and kitchen dishes
  • Clean and reset tables
  • Assist kitchen staff when needed
  • Polish and roll silverware
  • Maintain trustworthy, respectable and positive attitude

Requirement

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Weekends (Friday-Sunday) required
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to bend, climb, reach and move quickly
  • Must be available to work 2-3 shifts per week including evenings and weekends
  • Willingness to be cross trained in different departments

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $23.91 per hour
