Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Antioch, California — earn up to ($2450 - $2579 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting.
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions continuously.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans.
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
  • Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
  • Educate patients and families on care procedures.
  • Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility in work activities.
  • Engage in performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in training new nursing staff as needed.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in California with ICU experience.
  • Proven ability to monitor and assess patient conditions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of critical care protocols and procedures.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performance healthcare team.
  • Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
