Accounts Payable (AP) process
, assisting with invoice review, ERP acceptance, and coordination with vendors and project teams. The focus is on ensuring timely, accurate payment processing and helping identify and resolve any issues that could delay payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify invoices and supporting documents (e.g., daily reports, POs, packing slips)
- Assist with ERP data entry and acceptance process
- Track payment status and maintain records using SharePoint
- Analyze invoices/AP, identify root causes, and follow up with responsible parties
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Prepare payment status updates and identify missing documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and payment timelines
Qualification:
Must Have:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills, especially across departments
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with ERP systems or Smartsheet is a plus
