We are seeking motivated RNs and LPNs to join a long-term care team in East Boston under a new management team focused on improving resident care and staffing support. If you are passionate about nursing and want to make a meaningful difference in residents' lives, this role is for you.

As an RN or LPN, you will provide hands-on care for residents, monitor their health, and collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure safe, individualized care. You will join a team dedicated to quality outcomes and resident-centered care.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct personal care to residents
- Monitor, assess, and document vital signs and overall health
- Assist in implementing and updating care plans in collaboration with RNs and unit leadership
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility and state guidelines
- Support a collaborative and professional nursing environment
RN and LPN: Must have a current Massachusetts license
- Previous long-term care experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Shifts: 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am
- Positions available: Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem
