Key Responsibilities

Review and validate working papers for commissions, payroll, leases, accruals, and allocations.

Lead month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and SOX compliance.

Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices and documentation standards.

Manage end-to-end accounting processes for assigned areas.

Standardize documentation and improve process consistency across accounting functions.

Collaborate with finance teams to identify and drive process improvements.

Support ad hoc accounting projects and initiatives.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


Active CPA certification (Required).

10+ years of progressive accounting experience with review and mentorship responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of
U.S. GAAP
and
SOX compliance
.

Hands-on experience with
ASC 842 (Leasing)
and
ASC Commissions)
.

Expertise in
Microsoft Excel
,
Blackline
, and
NetSuite
.

Familiarity with
LeaseQuery
and
Xactly
tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
