Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in selecting new vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Prepare and present demo vehicles with the latest technology ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, green fuel options, hybrid tools, etc.)
  • Explain product performance and benefits
  • Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase
  • Build a strong rapport with customers
  • Perform a professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new vehicles
  • Assist with lead generation by managing incoming email leads and setting appointments for vehicle demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and outgoing, with excellent customer service and communication skills
