IAQ Lead Technician

An IAQ Lead Technician at Hero is responsible for taking the lead in executing solutions for all Indoor Air Quality services offered by Hero. Candidates who will thrive in this role enjoy problem solving, looking for opportunities to grow and gets the job done right. They are also great at sharing their extensive knowledge with both apprentices and customers.

Schedule

7am – 4pm (Last dispatch by 2pm) Monday through FridayOvertime is offered by management when available and may be required at times

Essential Job Duties

Complete duct-cleaning and provide a range of other Indoor Air Quality servicesLead, train, and mentor apprentice techniciansElectronically document accurate notes, invoices, and options

Qualifications

Demonstrates Hero core values at a high level (T.R.U.E.)Valid driver's license with clean driving and criminal record1+ year of duct cleaning experience is a plus, preferably residentialMust be able to pass background checks and drug screeningsMust be able to regularly lift 50+ poundsAble to communicate professionally, clearly, and conciselyMust be highly detailed and demonstrate the ability to follow throughHighly motivated, flexible, and has a great attitude on lifeDemonstrates a strong ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a sense of urgencyPunctual and prepared to work before the scheduled start timeClean presentation of self, meeting the Hero dress code
