Outpatient Therapist (Hybrid On-Site, Leadership Opportunity)

Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 (based on experience & licensure)

About the Role
This hybrid position combines outpatient therapy with light leadership responsibilities.
You'll provide client-centered, trauma-informed care while supporting a small, dedicated team through guidance and mentorship.
It's the ideal balance of direct clinical work and collaborative leadership — without overwhelming administrative demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group and family therapy (in-person or telehealth) using evidence-based approaches.
- Conduct IM+CANS assessments, treatment plans, and documentation reviews.
- Offer monthly supervision and coaching to a small behavioral-health team.
- Collaborate with Utilization Management and Compliance teams for quality care.
- Maintain a manageable caseload (25–30 billable hours/week or less, based on caseload and whether the position is full-time or part-time) while supporting staff growth.
- Participate in meetings, case reviews, and continuous-improvement efforts.
· Performs other duties as assigned to meet the needs of the clinic.

Qualifications
- Active Illinois license (LCPC, LCSW)
- Minimum 2 years of therapy experience
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Compassionate, grounded, and motivated to make a difference
