Civil Construction Project Manager - Earthwork, Utilities & Demolition
We're hiring an experienced
Civil Construction Project Manager
to lead heavy civil projects involving
earthwork, underground utilities, demolition, grading, and site development
. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex site and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle for site development, utilities, and demolition projects
  • Oversee demolition, excavation, grading, and underground utility installation
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
  • Track schedules, budgets, and safety standards
  • Solve field issues and ensure quality and compliance
  • Maintain clear project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience managing civil construction projects
  • Experience with demolition, earthwork, utilities, and grading
  • Ability to read and interpret site and utility plans
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., HCSS, Procore, Bluebeam)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
