About Us:

We're a small, tight-knit glass shop specializing in residential and small commercial projects. From shower enclosures and mirrors to storefronts and custom glass work, we take pride in quality craftsmanship and friendly service. We're currently looking for a hardworking, reliable Assistant Glazier to join our team and grow with us.

Position Summary:

As an Assistant Glazier, you'll work under the guidance of our Lead Glazier, helping with the installation and handling of various glass products. This is a hands-on, physically active role ideal for someone who's mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a skilled trade.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of residential and commercial glass products (e.g., windows, mirrors, shower enclosures, storefronts)
  • Measure, cut, handle, and transport glass safely
  • Prepare tools, materials, and job sites
  • Clean up job sites and shop areas
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
  • Work as part of a small team to deliver great results

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work on your feet all day
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and good work ethic
  • Prior construction or glazing experience is a plus but not required – we will train the right person
