The
Supervisor, Inventory Control and Analytics
is responsible for strategic, execution, and reporting inventory control policies and procedures to maximize inventory accuracy across Pharmavite. This role develops and drives value through the effective collaboration with key stakeholders and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

  • Provide leadership across functions to ensure inventory control and accounting best practices.
  • Liaison for inventory control activities between Pharmavite and our outside auditors for financial controls,
  • Design policies and procedures and train End-Users.
  • Establish KPI's and report results across the organization.
  • Create / update / maintain conventions for warehouse master files
  • Provide data and analytics for warehouse slotting and usage reporting
  • Reconcile Inventories across the networks.
  • Provide ABC stratification for all product types and establish cycle count frequency and reporting.
  • Approve inventory adjustments and develop root cause analysis
  • Ensure JDE warehouse data integrity.
  • Lead and develop the Inventory Control team in daily activities and analysis.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is recognized as a strong Inventory Control Supervisor who is ready to lead a team. You are process oriented and love using systems to drive informed decisions. At the same time, you love working with and motivating others to success – regardless of reporting lines and are comfortable operating with all levels of management.

Critical Success Factors
You'll be most successful in this role if you have:

  • Four-year college degree (supply-chain management; business administration; operations management) or five to eight years experience in inventory control/accounting.
  • Certificate in American Production & Inventory Control Society (APICS) or certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain and financial acumen as it relates to supply chain activities.
  • Strong sense of agility while leading and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization and influence change.
  • Driven, curious, and organized with a strategic mindset who demonstrates the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Results oriented and love using data and metrics to make informed decisions.
  • Previous Finance / Supply Chain experience a plus.

Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

  • Five to eight plus years of inventory control / accounting and analytics experience.
  • Direct work experience must include managing inventory control / accounting and analytics.
  • Experience from a stand-alone global consumer products, manufacturing, distribution or fast moving / high growth company, that operates in a muti-site complex operation, preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting measures for operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate ERP systems and the business processes that they support.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent applications.
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in systems thinking and analytics.

National Target Base Pay Range: $78, $128,000.00
The salary range for this position is based on national standards.
For candidates in California and the New York metro, the Target Base Pay Range is $86, $142,000.00,
to reflect the cost of living and market conditions in those areas.

Actual compensation will take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, education, experience, qualifications and job-related skills. It is not typical for an individual to be hired above the midpoint of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.

Base pay is only one component of our total rewards offerings, and we will take the full offering into consideration when presenting an offer of employment. Our total rewards package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, Medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K match, and other wellness benefits.

Pharmavite provides compensation for all overtime hours worked by non-exempt (hourly) employees in accordance with state and federal law. The need to work overtime hours will be determined by management, based on customer and business necessity, to meet the needs of our business. Pharmavite may require employees to work overtime.
