Responsibilities:

1. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
2. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
2. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
4. Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths, and preparing risk management strategies.
5. Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
6. Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
7. Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans.
8. Building, developing, and growing any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
9. Conducting project post mortems and creating a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
10. Resolving project issues and risks to ensure the successful completion of projects.
