Job Overview

This position is responsible for assisting warehouse manager and for daily business operations including warehousing, inventory, logistics, etc. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Management & Logistics control experience are required.
  • Support and assist in all aspects of daily warehouse operational needs.
  • Process and prepare daily shipments.
  • Supervise loading & unloading containers.
  • Supervise pulling, restocking, double-checking orders by using handheld scanner system.
  • Process and prepare warehouse shipment documents from daily orders.
  • Label making
  • Loading & unloading containers, when necessary.
  • General administrative support: data entry, report generation, filing, etc.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Experience with Warehouse Management & Logistic operations over 5 years. (Preference will be given to those with warehouse manager position experience.)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. (particularly MS Excel)
  • Must type 50 WPM+
  • Experience with trucking arrangement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Forklift licenses (Reach-Fork, Order Picker, & Sit-down Counterbalanced Forklift) are required.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment; able to prioritize and complete tasks safely in warehouse.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in a group setting with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to details and highly organized.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance is essential
  • Understand and follow basic verbal and written instructions.
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions from various levels within the organization.
  • Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
  • Maintain the production pace of other team members.
  • Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
