With a proven track record of securing exceptional results for our clients, we are growing our litigation team and seeking a an Attorney (Litigation and Trial positions available) with a preferred experience level of 3-15 years.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a full caseload of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
  • Develop and execute case strategies from inception through resolution.
  • Take cases to trial and aggressively advocate for clients in courtroom proceedings. (Trial attorney only)
  • Collaborate with our tech-driven team to optimize case management using FileVine, Microsoft Teams, and RingCentral.
  • Engage in business development and networking, including the potential integration of an existing book of business and support staff.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience handling catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and/or product liability cases. Top-tier med-mal cases a plus.
  • Licensed to practice in Arizona (additional bar admissions in CA, NV, NM, CO or other jurisdictions are a plus).
  • Strong ability to lead litigation teams and mentor attorneys.
  • Experience with product liability litigation is a strong plus.
  • Experience leading trials is preferred.
