Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader by:
- Working in areas of Entity Management Services, Data Governance and Data Quality;
- Identifying areas for entity data management improvement and helping resolve entity data problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process strategies;
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists and data stewards to define, develop and document entity management strategy, process and support for ongoing maintenance;
- Demonstrating knowledge of PwC Global technology landscape comprising or associated with entity data and/or working experience with integration systems, CES, Informatic MDM, Salesforce, and Data Profiling tools;
- Understanding how data flows through different integrating systems and establishing quality of key master data specific in both territory and global;
- Understanding of Entity Management Services governance, practice and process standards;
- Displaying Source 2.0/CES+ knowledge including an understanding of business technical knowledge of CES rules engine;
- Collaborating and communicating with Engagement Teams/Partners, SDCs and team members, while solving problems and conflict resolution using written and verbal communication skills;
- Applying proven customer and client service skills;
- Working experience with Trust Assurance Knowledge, and knowledge of the application of the affiliate rules as defined by SEC, GIP, AICPA;
- Utilizing and leveraging interactive visual interfaces and dashboards such as Tableau, Qlikview, Microsoft Power BI, to illustrate or communicate information;
- Demonstrating knowledge of global and locally used ticketing/workflow tools (e.g., Phoenix);
- Having experience in PwC Network or in similarly regulated industry and knowledge of local (US/Mex) corporate landscape familiarity including corporate structures and entity master data elements;
- Taking full ownership of problem/issue resolution with emphasis on delivering high quality service to requestors;
- Being intellectually curious, and taking ownership and driving self learning/development;
- Driving critical thinking, research and analysis skills;
- Understanding of the various functional networks and an ability to build, expand and/or leverage existing relationships;
- Understanding the impact of significant business, technical, and regulatory changes and how they apply to current operations, and ultimately establishing minimal disruption to the business process supported;
- Ensuring self managing and effective prioritization/time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Understanding at an enhanced level of client service, modeled through the ability to develop work approach, project plans and communications to meet/exceed client requirements and establish maximum impact/outcomes;
- Creating professional networks, building relationships, organizing and collaborating with individuals at all levels of seniority and lines of the organization; and,
- Managing, setting priorities and collaborating across the delivery teams.
