Paige Floor Covering Specialists is looking to hire a Warehouse Manager to join our team You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Job Duties Include:

Ordering and Purchasing Materials and Consumables For Warehouse and Allocate to Each Job Accordingly.

Maintain and Keep Good Condition for Tools, Vehicles and Warehouse.

Coordinate with Production for Material Deliveries and Pickups.

Maintain Organization and Inventory off ALL Materials and Consumables.

Prioritize and Schedule Daily Duties of Warehouse Assistant. For Ex. (Maintain Facility, Trash, Cleanliness of Warehouse, Tool Maintenance, Material Inventory, ETC.)

Maintain and Update Material and Consumable Pricing and Price Changes and Notify the Proper Person for Estimating Purposes.

Keep Record and Document all Tools, Vehicles, and Materials Issued.

Maintain and Keep Track of Each Tool and Vehicle to Know Where and Who Has AT ALL TIMES.

Follow-Up with All Deliveries and Shipments.

Double-Check Amount of Material being delivered to each job to ensure nothing is missing that will Delay Production.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Tool Maintenance and Mechanically Inclined

Knowledge of Materials and Vendors Used.

Knowledge and Common Sense of Material/Consumable Prices.

Forklift Certified.

Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Proficient in Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail.

​Strong organizational skills.

Maritime experience is a plus.

Paige Floor Covering Specialists has been in business for over 30 years and is a leader in the maritime industry providing floor covering, paint preservation, and abatement/mold services for the U.S. military, government, and commercial businesses.

Pay: $ $33.00 per hour
