Sales Manager $65k base (100k with bonus, benefits)

Three Pillars Capital is a real estate private equity firm based of Houston, TX with over $600M+ in assets under management. We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team.

We are searching for Sales Manager in Oklahoma city to drive leasing traffic to the property and lease. You will be responsible to lease & retain tenants.

· $65,000/year base salary

What You'll Be Doing

· Continuously improve traffic to the property via online & offline channels.

· Schedule visits, tour apartments & convert prospects to residents. You will manage every lead from end to end to get leases signed.

· Develop and implement marketing initiatives that increase qualified foot traffic to the property.

· Actively work every month to retain existing tenants and reduce turnover.

· Build excitement and demand around our communities and available apartments

What We're Looking For

· 3+ years of active sales

· 3+ years of marketing and social media experience

· Strong communication skills

· A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement

· Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
